Twelve minutes from the Texas Original facility in Bastrop. Six miles from SpaceX/Starlink Plaza. Both cats welcome.
Target move-in: May 15–17, 2026. Your start date at Texas Original is May 26, so you'll have a week to settle in before work begins.

- May 15–17, 2026 (window)Move-inArrive at 180 Ladybug Lane, Cedar Creek any day in the May 15–17 window. Joint walk-through with Paul to document the cottage condition (Exhibit A to the lease). Sign the lease. Get your keys. Cats settle in.

Quick facts about the property
- Quiet hours. 10pm–7am. Multiple tenants on the property — cottage building, efficiency above, and a few RV / trailer / motor home units on the grounds.
- Internet. Spectrum cable with T-Mobile 5G backup — included in utilities, no separate ISP signup needed.
- Cats. Both cats approved. Indoor only (or harness/leash if outdoors). No pet deposit; the standard $680 deposit covers any pet-related damage.
- Cannabis. Prohibited on the premises (Texas state law) — even though you'll be running a state-licensed Texas Original facility, the on-premises prohibition still applies.
- Mail. Delivered to the main mailbox at 180 Ladybug. Use this format on outgoing mail: Chris Johnson, 180 Ladybug Lane, Cedar Creek, TX 78612.
- Renters insurance. Strongly recommended (~$10–25/mo). Landlord's policy doesn't cover your belongings.
