Before you fill this in
The computer half. We run more than 200 websites and are building an automated marketing engine across them. Nearly all of it is done with Claude — building sites, writing and publishing, automating the repetitive parts. You do not need to be a programmer. You do need to be curious and comfortable with tools that did not exist two years ago.
The property half. A small rental property here — rooms, cottages, trailers, RVs and a tiny home. You are the person tenants come to. Fix what you can, call someone for what you cannot, keep the place secure and tidy, help fill empty units. There is already a full-time maintenance man on site; you give him direction, not labour.
Living here is part of it. You rent one of the units — furnished, Wi-Fi included, utilities billed separately. The rent is separate from the work. The place is quiet and wooded and sits on a creek you can fish, about 25 minutes from Austin.
This form is longer than most. That is deliberate. It asks for named tools, something you have actually built, and people we can call. Fifteen honest minutes here saves us both a wasted phone call — and it is the whole of the screening, so there is no resume to send separately.
