SecureCRT will be the focus of an in depth review. We did an extensive discussion of CRT which started several years ago, but SCRT deserves a serious look for it's ruggedness, reliability and awesome feature set. For a system administrator or web author, it could be their most indespensible app. It should be in their toolbox at least.

SecureCRT has just released a new version and it features "tabs" which are way cool.
---------------------------------------------------------------
New tabbed interface - run multiple sessions in a single window
---------------------------------------------------------------
SecureCRT 5.0 adds the feature most requested by customers like you:
a tabbed user interface that allows you to run multiple sessions in
a single SecureCRT window. This is what one of our alpha testers had
to say about the new tabbed interface:
"Tabs help me keep my workspace organized, move around faster, and
enhances my productivity."
----------------------------------------------------
Set up your sessions once for SecureCRT and SecureFX
----------------------------------------------------
SecureCRT 5.0 offers improved integration with SecureFX 3.0, the
latest version of our secure file transfer client. These applications
will share global and session options settings, eliminating the drudgery
of entering the same information more than once. Define your options
once and they're available in both programs.
----------------------------------------------------------
Other great new features and improvements in SecureCRT 5.0
----------------------------------------------------------
Named firewalls: You can now create any number of firewall
configurations that can be used on a session-specific basis.
Improved xterm color: SecureCRT 5.0 delivers 256-color xterm support.
IPv6: SecureCRT 5.0 supports the IPv6 standard which fixes problems in
the current IPv4 standard.
