Often referred to as SCOR, these capital raising methods allow small companies to raise up to one million dollars and five million dollars respectively through public offerings. Our conference is devoted to the entire process. We have professional moderators who are interested in answering any questions you may have.

what are direct public offerings? is this the same as IPO? where they introduce themselves to the market?

Clay started this topic, then he was off to the races with his dpo website and I haven't heard much from his since. I guess the place to find out would be his website.

Initial public offerings may or may not be the same as Direct public offerings. As I understand it, IPOs can be made anywhere. DPO are usually done on the internet. They are often one and the same stock as in when it is initially and directly first offered for sale to the public. Yes?!

Could be, I'm not sure.

That makes two of us. But, I think it is...

can't remember where i first brought this up but this is as good a place as any to finish it. my 'windfall' has crashed and burned. the Texas Treasury mis-coded my claim. It was not 210 shares of IBM... it was 210 DOLLARS FROM IBM. Oh well! Cleriical errors and how they affect lives.

So So, so sorry Gena. I was hoping you had a major windfall. My sympathies.

*Hugs* Gena... Do something special for yourself with that money. $210 is better than a sharp stick in the eye, but I was hoping for better than that for you with the rest of Spring!
