Welcome to the fitness conference. The Fitness conference is devoted to
personal fitness, including diet, exercise, self-motivation, aerobic sports,
and, generally, how to stay in shape.
I'm your host, or one of them, Paul Terry Walhus. I do my working out in
the Austin Texas area and I frequent the Q (a local "mega" health club)
and Barton Springs (which inspired the name of this whole system). I
like to swim (at Barton Springs and Lake Travis), walk and run, play
basketball, play tennis, play volleyball, play golf, work out on exercise
machines at the Q, and bicycle (though currently without a bike, I'm
looking for one).
I hope you all enjoy this conference and visit here as often as you like.
