Building a dream house on Mauii? I know some folks that are actually doing this. Are you building or living in a dream house in an exotic place?

Diane Stanislaw (zzzcat@well.com) and her husband are building a dream house on Mauii. She's lived there for 24 years. She co-runs an art school there. She recently got a construction loan to build her dream house after 24 years of condo living. She picked a new development called Kahuna Ridge on west Mauii.
