Apps like Quote Ticker Bar use the standard stock ticker bar (similar to Internet Explorer's moving banner capability) to continually update the current prices (with a 15-minute delay at least) for your favorite stocks, while apps like WinStock provide a more tabular format for listing the stocks of your choice. In addition to providing the latest information on each stock (including volume traded, daily and yearly high/lows, % change, etc.), some apps provide portfolio management capabilities, support for domestic and foreign stocks, and additional cool features.
