So where's the pix Marcia??? Working out how to download stills from my Sony Digicam to Sony Vaio computer. We have the technology - just gotta work out how to use it!!! Hadrian's Wall will appear somewhere on Spring once I figure it out!

Mine is easy - I just have to DO it. You rich people with the Sony's make me ill - and very jealous! Mine is a modest Kodak and does a fantastic job on macro but strictly ordinary on standard and zoom lenses.

I haven't quite figured out how to get the stills off my video camera onto the computer. I need to set up the i-link. Since when have I been rich???? The video camera is sponsored for my work....I don't possess a digital camera, can't afford one.... My digital photography is taking pix with my compact camera (OK, It is a Pentax, but I WORKED to get the money for that!)and scanning it in. I use Microsoft Photo Editor to work on my pictures. I find that much better than IXLA which I used to use.

Maggie - that works probably better than digital for some applications. You can scan in grey scale for compressed information. If I ever get mine out of the box I will do the same.
