We're going to choose from among four or five builders to occupy and finish our house in Cedar Creek. We put out an ad on our website at http://www.spring.net/cottage This topic will track our selection process.

Our first partial bid came in. He only wants one floor but will finish the whole place in a month and a half. Which would enable us to rent out one floor. The costs look reasonable. He's showing us an 8,000 square job he did recently where he did all the electric, plumbing and sheetrock. We're waiting on four other bids.
