How about putting some of Riette's art in that big space (mine is huge now because I have joined just about every conference so I could more easily see them on telnet)...or an updating NOAA satellite picture of the hurricanes bearing down on Florida and the gulf coast?

Hey, one better - how about this: 4 weather maps, and a webcam not of the server box, but of the server's SCREEN, where there's load, free RAM, etc. displayed by some diagnostics tool... That way, we would have all continents' weather, plus current condition of the SPRING, so to speak! Hah, whaddya say, matey? VIRTU-WEATHER!

Sounds Great, Alexander. My son has them as desktop for his computer each updating every few minutes ... plus a few EQ sensing maps which also update. It is fun to watch! An important message, we're at 99% disk capacity on this machine, if you have mail you can delete, files you can clear out, etc. we have other servers avaialble with lots of disk space. Delete old mail, delete any large files you don't need. Thanks!

Lucie is between DisneyWorld and another theme park (near Orlando), Lidya is in Tallahassee, and MoonDreams is in Miami. I was in contact with Moon through IM just now and her comment after I asked her how she was (and that you had asked about the Florida Drooleurs) was, "Thank Terry, he's so sweet." Her report was they lost only one tree. No other problems. Anyone we know in the Carolinas?

This seems like a good topic to put this one, considering it's about the main Spring page.... Terry, When are you planning on fixing the main page so that it shows up with Netscape 4.x? Kind of confusing when you send people to spring.net and all they see is a Google search box. Could you undo whatever change you last made?

not really. Whenever I come in that way I am on a mission to get something corrected or to get back to where I belong. I can't imagine flavors. I can't even imagine thinking them up.
