When I start Word 2000 I get an error message telling me that Word cannot open this EZPhoto document template. I click OK and am able to continue with document 1. Has anyone else had this kind of problem ? Thanks Sarah

hi sarah! apparently Word has gotten into its tiny little brain that
you need that template. try going into Tools -> Templates and Add Ins to
see if you can select the EZ photo template, then click on the "remove"
button.

Hi Ray,The remove button is shaded out. I did try removing the check mark but it is there the next time I open word. Thank you for responding.

I finally found that pesky template and demolished it. Everything works fine now. Seems it was caused by a third party add-in.
