How do you handle images on your web pages? Do you use gifs, jpgs, or
what? And what tools do you use to put these up?

I use Photoshop to create images and to reduce the size of a scanned photograph
Lview Pro is a great for creating a transparent gif. It can be downloaded from
the internet, and is very easy to use.

These are the two programs that I use the most. I use Lview about 90% of
the time.

Here's a handy script that will create thumbnails from a directory
of images. It's on Jef's acme website.

Lview Is the best photo image program there is. This other one mentioned above allows you to change the text and make transparent the fames around your buttons as I have been doing in Geo conference. You can manipulate the color and do all sorts of things to them and other gif files I was not able to do any other way
(other than to match the originally white frames to the background marble)n For those wishing to make their own buttons or to modify existing ones, this is the easiest and there is no download - you use it online! (It is not as good as Cfadm's, but what is?!)
