Hi, just wondering what do the freeze, forget and remember buttons do?
Also, say I'm in a conference and I want to start a new topic...I tried the
obvious -- hitting the New Topic button but I just got a Server
Error page.

freeze - allows no new responses in a topic
forget - takes it off your topic list, you won't see it anymore

Server errors usually clear up. If it's really persistent, let your
system administrator know about it.
