You'll find discussion and information about The Microtution Foundation's Road to Independence Mall and Constitution Hall November 15-17, 2003.
Citizens from every state in the nation will convene in November at the National Constitution Center to conclude virtual debates and issue a 'statement' calling for all candidates for public office sign new social contracts holding them accountable for their actions as an elected official.
