I purchased the CD to this wonderful show (written, arranged and produced by Bill Whelan) last week, and it is simply astonishing the way the music is layered, one bit on top of the next until it becomes so rich your heart starts thumping madly, and your skin breaks out in little goose pimples.
My two favourite tracks are the Firedance, and Slip into Spring (!!!!). And indeed the latter is my favourite of the favourites.

I'm no fanatic. I've never seen the whole show, only bits of it. I just like the music, because it's really layered, and marveloussly structured. Really full of energy and passion....but I'm not a fanatic!
