PC Browser Alert A newsletter from CNET Help.com http://www.help.com/ August 17, 2000 *************************************************** This week's Internet Explorer tip: Save a Web Page for Offline Viewing (Internet Explorer and Netscape) To save an entire Web page for offline viewing, select File/Save As, choose a folder for the file, and change the file name to one you'll recognize later. In Internet Explorer select Web Page, complete (*.htm,*.html) from the Save As Type drop-down list. In Netscape select Save as HTML files or Save Page As. Then click Save. Anytime you want to view the page again, simply open the file; it will appear as you saw it on the Web, including most images, sound files, and so on.
