Deeeeelicious. Love the camerawork -- those close ups of "pec development" exercises. And the ones where they bend over. This is what you get when when there are so many 24-hour sports stations and not enough sports to justify them.

it is kind of silly. the lighting and the gorgeous babes on the
show just make it look like a porn vid. the final touch is the
background music they play which is right out of some
cheesy porn vid. Kiana Tom has not posed nude anywhere, AFAIK.

we had suspected as much!
the sell sports bras that tightly constrain the mounds of pleasure,
errrrrr, breasts. that way they dont go bouncing all over the
place while exercising. this is a concern for women of kiana's
proportions.
