Solveig Singleton of the Cato Institute an an attorney (name to be posted
later) at the Department of Justice, attack the issues of whether there ought to
be unprotected forms of speech and if Government has the right to require
citizens to use crackable crypto. Most interesting in this talk is insight
into the mind of Big Government: strong crypto isn't really "the cat out
of the bag" because it's not built into the standard Windows
distribution.
