doubtful they're migraines if you're having such success with Excedrin but if they're chronic go get your head checked out by a doc...
shouldn't have chronic headaches period...
stress, sinus, brain tumor...
go head your head examined please!

Depends on the weather. Changes in air pressure is really bad. Spring or fall makes me have them sometimes for weeks in a row. One of the things one's gotta live with.
Anyway, I seldom have these all-over pains, it's nearly exclusively the frontal lobes. Sometimes extreme light sensitivity comes with it. Seldom that audio stuff pains me, but happens, too.
I used to think I'd end like Wolf Larsen. Well, I never got *that* strong, not by half...

No. Or no serious ones. It's just things inside the fuzzbox on my shoulders.

Hey, Alexander. Sounds like the same stuff I used to have. Walk outside from AC to humid weather and it feels like you got kicked in the face? The ENT doc said that's a classic symptom of deformed sinuses. They did a CATScan and found the middle turbanate curled one way in front then reversed the curl as it moved into the center of my head. When the slightest stuffiness would hit they would block everything. In addition, allergies triggered sinus headaches. The two combined would trigger a massive
igrain - light and sound sensitive - hurt so much you just wanted to die and get it over with.
After the surgery, things got better. Then found out carrots caused headaches too (allergies). Then found a herb, feverfew, that taken daily helped keep the blood vessels in the brain from constricting which is what the migrain actually was. So I still get bad headaches that may last a few hours, but it's nothing like the pike through the eye with the head split open feelling of the migrains that would last for a week or more at a time.
So please go check with an ear-nose-throat specialist. They can do wonders.

I'd like better to see myself...know when I am going to do something stupid before I actually do it so I can correct it...and remote viewing is also a great thing, if used right. I could sure use some right now...!

I should like to be able to cure headaches for one thing.
But never to read people's thoughts.
What is remote viewing? Is that when you can see into the future? It must be cool - but it is probably not a selective thing, so I don't want that one.

Rochelle, that sounds interesting. Gonna track weather to headache, see if it correlates. But working w/ these screens might be some cause, too.
I'd like to get a single sober thought through my head once in a while, and be able to communicate it.

Remote viewing is sending your mind here and now (not future) to some place other than where you are physically. The US military trained some remote viewers to "go" into building and walk down halls and into rooms to see what was going on, or examine facilities - factories that may be making war materials under the guise of food manufacture, for instance.

remote viewing is also found with children who are abused. they take themselves somewhere else.

I knew they removed their minds from the abuse but never thought about it being remote viewing. Interesting!

maybe it's not considered remote viewing, but they teleport their minds elsewhere to protect themselves.

Indeed...then it takes years and great trauma to get it back into the conscience mind to come to terms with it. Not sure if that is a good thing or not...
