Welcome to the Screwed Couch!!!
~autumn Sun, Aug 16, 1998 (22:15) #1
I'm not sure if I want to sit down or not...
~KitchenManager Sun, Aug 16, 1998 (22:28) #2
here, sit on my lap...it's SAFE...
~autumn Mon, Aug 17, 1998 (00:05) #3
...and very cozy, too!
~KitchenManager Mon, Aug 17, 1998 (07:21) #4
*blush*
~riette Mon, Aug 17, 1998 (10:51) #5
Don't purr so loud, Autumn, you're making me shy - you know how prudish I am. Think I'll park my ar$e on the ground for a change.
~stacey Fri, Aug 21, 1998 (18:58) #6
did you mean to sit on Ray's face? or was that an accident Ree-head?
~ratthing Fri, Aug 21, 1998 (21:59) #7
oh yeah, as if i were *that* lucky....
~wolf Fri, Aug 21, 1998 (22:09) #8
so THIS is where you all are hanging out. i'll just curl up on the rug and stay outta the way!
~cfadm Sat, Aug 22, 1998 (00:59) #9
Excuse me, but would anyone have any grey poop on?
~ratthing Sat, Aug 22, 1998 (10:43) #10
but of course!
~riette Sat, Aug 22, 1998 (11:49) #11
Eugh! I'll just go sit next to Wolf - at least there's no way she'll have poop on her with all the licking she does to herself...
~autumn Mon, Aug 24, 1998 (21:27) #12
Do I even want to squeeze in here?
~ratthing Mon, Aug 24, 1998 (21:34) #13
squeeze on in! what's on yer mind? whassup? what it is? what's your position on recreational sex? what's your position during recreational sex?
~wolf Mon, Aug 24, 1998 (21:35) #14
yeah, definately staying on the rug.
~riette Tue, Aug 25, 1998 (01:02) #15
same here - let's go get some burgers. But let me do the talking, alright?
~autumn Wed, Aug 26, 1998 (11:35) #16
LOL!
~riette Thu, Aug 27, 1998 (01:40) #17
or LAL.....LOL! done with a Swiss accent: Laughing Aat Laad!
~TIM Sat, Nov 14, 1998 (21:05) #18
O K So grab your ankles and spell, "RUN", loudly 3 times.
~riette Mon, Nov 16, 1998 (05:16) #19
With a Swiss accent? While dancing?
~TIM Mon, Nov 16, 1998 (05:50) #20
It's particularily effective while dancing.
~TIM Mon, Nov 16, 1998 (05:51) #21
~riette Tue, Nov 17, 1998 (01:50) #22
I'm sure it is - but Terry has worked hard for 10 years to keep the Spring going. It would be terribly inconsiderate of me to chase everybody away after all this time.
~TIM Tue, Nov 17, 1998 (03:13) #23
I don't think it would chase everybody away. Maybe we could sell tickets. It's amazing what people would pay money to see. I really believe we could sell tickets to a traffic accident, if we could control access. Understand, I'm not comparing you to a traffic accident. opposite ends of the spectrum.
~riette Wed, Nov 18, 1998 (02:13) #24
ha--ha! Me being the awful end!
~TIM Wed, Nov 18, 1998 (02:48) #25
Now cut that out!! You have nothing to be ashamed of.
~riette Thu, Nov 19, 1998 (02:25) #26
But alot to amuse myself over!
~TIM Thu, Nov 19, 1998 (02:52) #27
Oh well amusement is where you find it, I guess.
~TIM Fri, Nov 20, 1998 (11:56) #28
Actually the ability to find things amusing will save you from a lot of stress. I had a job where nothing the management did made any sense. I let it get to me at first, then I realized that I was only hurting myself, so I started laughing at what was going on. Then I got other people to laugh also. Pretty soon everybody was laughing whenever management did something really stupid. The place eventually went bust, but the morale was good.
~TIM Fri, Nov 20, 1998 (15:48) #29
Riette, you are very good at changing the subject. The point that I was Initially trying to make here was that you are too hard on yourself. You have a lot more going for you than you allow yourself to admit.
~wolf Fri, Nov 20, 1998 (17:47) #30
yes, riette, we all love you! *hugs*
~riette Sat, Nov 21, 1998 (01:57) #31
ha-ha! I'm not being hard on myself, really! I don't do it to put myself down - I just like to laugh at myself, because it keeps me happy. So it's really a big ego thing, you see...
~TIM Sat, Nov 21, 1998 (01:57) #32
Good excuse!! But that is all it is, and you know what they say about excuses.
~TIM Sun, Nov 22, 1998 (05:22) #33
In case you are wondering: Excuses are like sphincters, everybody has one and they all stink.
~riette Mon, Nov 23, 1998 (02:00) #34
Does that mean you think I have a bad sense of humour?
~TIM Mon, Nov 23, 1998 (02:05) #35
No Riette, not at all, I think that you have an excellent sense of humor.
~TIM Mon, Nov 23, 1998 (02:07) #36
I just think that you are using your sense of humor to hide self criticism.
~riette Mon, Nov 23, 1998 (07:51) #37
And how do you think, would I be able to support my head if I had to believe all the nonsense I sometimes hear about myself? Especially since I know who and what I really am.
~TIM Mon, Nov 23, 1998 (08:22) #38
Like I said, Riette , you are too hard on yourself. You are a better person than you give yourself credit for being.
~riette Tue, Nov 24, 1998 (01:48) #39
Oh hush!
~TIM Tue, Nov 24, 1998 (01:58) #40
Why, It's the truth. You are your own worst critic, Riette.
~riette Tue, Nov 24, 1998 (07:22) #41
Why can't you be more obedient?! wink
~TIM Tue, Nov 24, 1998 (07:45) #42
I Don't know, Riette. I guess I'm basically a maverick at heart.
~riette Tue, Nov 24, 1998 (12:54) #43
ha-ha! And if that should change, I'll never speak to you again, so there!
~TIM Tue, Nov 24, 1998 (13:09) #44
That's the spirit, Riette!
~riette Wed, Nov 25, 1998 (02:02) #45
You want to bounce?
~TIM Wed, Nov 25, 1998 (09:44) #46
Yes, Riette, I'd love to. I have always liked bouncing. Even before I knew what it could be used for.
~riette Wed, Nov 25, 1998 (11:22) #47
Take my hands - GO! So, what could it be used for, apart from this?
~TIM Wed, Nov 25, 1998 (12:45) #48
Viking Handshake, Trampoline. Ok Riette, I'll take your hands, but you are going to have to tell me what to do. This is the first time I've done This.
~riette Thu, Nov 26, 1998 (01:27) #49
You mean you've never ever jumped on a couch before? Okay, let's see. You take my hands, go down, and propell yourself into the air. Don't worry, I'll teach you properly when I'm over.
~TIM Thu, Nov 26, 1998 (02:04) #50
I'll look forward to it, Riette. I haven't done it since I was a kid, and then I used a bed.
~riette Thu, Nov 26, 1998 (06:48) #51
I prefer a bed too.
~TIM Thu, Nov 26, 1998 (17:06) #52
Yeah Riette, I think that beds are a lot more fun, than couches.
~riette Fri, Nov 27, 1998 (01:34) #53
They have more bounce in their springs.
~TIM Fri, Nov 27, 1998 (01:36) #54
Yes, Riette, and it takes longer to wear one out!
~riette Sat, Nov 28, 1998 (01:01) #55
One wouldn't want that to happen!
~TIM Sat, Nov 28, 1998 (01:06) #56
Riette, while arriving at that particular point is not desireable, getting there is a lot of fun!
~riette Sat, Nov 28, 1998 (15:11) #57
Yeah! And anyway, after a few minutes' rest, you can do it all over again! Until someone dies of a heart attack!!
~TIM Sat, Nov 28, 1998 (15:14) #58
Yeah Riette! see how many beds can be worn out in one night!
~riette Sun, Nov 29, 1998 (13:08) #59
ha-ha! It's going to take more than jumping though...
~TIM Sun, Nov 29, 1998 (13:10) #60
You read my Mind Riette, I wasn't thinking of jumping.
~riette Mon, Nov 30, 1998 (02:00) #61
You weren't? What were you thinking of then?
~TIM Mon, Nov 30, 1998 (02:16) #62
Vertical Push-Ups, Riette
~riette Mon, Nov 30, 1998 (02:16) #63
That sounds hard!
~TIM Mon, Nov 30, 1998 (02:16) #64
But a lot of fun, Riette.
