Can you believe the Aggies blew it! Where is that awesome Aggies iron wall. BYU racked up over 500 yards passing and completed a clutch pass into the endzone with time running out and the Aggies in the lead. And then the Aggies cough up the ball on the next series. It was a great opening game (except for the outcome), good football to watch.

UT played a fine game against Mizzou. But they'll have to up it a level for Colorado, Notre Dame and some of their stronger up and coming opponents. I'll comment more in the Longhorns item.

So before any of you start, yes the fumbling I mean fighting irish had a bad night, but they did WIN. Then again Vandy did return 9 starters on defense aand are a much better team than the Longhorns walkovers scheduled for weeks one and two.
