I don't blame Don for leaving the Vikings game befor it started.
As a devotee of Don I wonder where he will be next year,surely
not on the side lines.Not the Bengals,His son David is there,and
certinly not Tampa Bay,another son there,How about the Packards?
Woudn't it be strange if he went to Dallas? What do you think?

I heard him on the "Babe" show on the way over here just now and he said
he's getting DirecTV and is going to kick back and flip through the
channels and enjoy all the games at home.

Can't blame him for that,I'm sure he saw the rain comming,and rather than
stay on the sidelines or in Waynes box seats it was another classic
Shula apperance in Fl.He comes in, is greeted by almost everyone,
and bows out before the press can hogtie him.Almost like Dale Earnhart
does to keep from being swamped by fans.A real class act.

I wonder if he's on retainer from DirecTV. He sure was plugging it hard
on the Fabulous Babe show today on 101sports. Overall, he came off like
a real class guy.
I have to check my schedule to see if Dallas and Miami play this year
and, if they do, what the date is going to be.

It's always possible that Dir/tv is who he's plugging now,although
I still see Ford commecials(maybe five years or more on TV down here).
Haven't seen or heard from him on the dir/tv thing.You know he lost his
wife(cancer) and has a new"other"now.Wouldn't supprise me if you
were right Terry.I'm sure though he will be going to some team next year.
Well Stoyo to the KC's,I was wrong on that one ,but he did go.Whats the
latest on Dallas?Usely "D" is in the news more than conference teams.
May I be so uninformed as to ask Who is the "Babe" I should know?

ESPN's "fabulous sports babe" who has a daily show here in Austin on KFON
and nationally on the 101sports network. Dallas news? Check over at the
Dallas Cowboys item, I'll try and post some recent stuff there. Keep us
posted on any more Don Shula developments.

Just heard there's a party being given to honor Don Shula's "hall"
of fame wall at JRS. The 72's unbeaten team is in it. Paul Warfield,and
Larry Zonka,are there.(Only guy I know who's last name starts with "Z")
It's an invite only affair,and reports say the cost of the bash
is nesring $1,000,000.They didn't invite me ;I can't understand why...!
