Happy New Year!

This is *not* ready for the Cannes Film Festival. Or even Sundance. I made this film on New Years eve with the help of Dot, Karen and Bob. It's the story of the "Magic Box" and how I swim the arctic waters . . . well, I don't want to give any more away. http://www.spring.net/magicbox/magicbox.wmv

I'm getting lonely in the art conference. Come check out my postings for the last couple of days. I'm cooking up some more stuff for there. The ghost of Riette rides.

I have some questions regarding donations to Spring. It seems to me, by what I read, that certain services are provided depending on the amount of money donated. Is that correct? if so, can do your by-laws allow you to dispense the services at the request of the donor? Do you provide information about how the donated money is spent? The donations, I assume, are non-deductable, am I correct?

We can certainly dispense services at the request of the donor. Our nonprofit status is pending approval of our 501c3 so, at present, they are nondeductible. Mostly, they go to partially cover our server hosting fees, which are about $330 per month. So I need to raise about $1,000 a quarter to cover these.

Thank you. I'm making a donation through pay pal today. This is my formal request to dispense the services. I would, however, like to retain any other rights, if any, of others donors/members on the same level.
