AS reviewed by Sibyl in GirlsOn.com: The very trendy chick-witch supernatural drama, "Charmed." This show lucked out with the cushy teen lead-in of "Dawson's Creek." But beyond that, it's utter crap, and not of the guilty-pleasure variety. The show centers on three sisters living in San Francisco in an impossibly huge house left to them by their mother. The sisters have just learned that--guess what?--they're witches! Woo-hoo, bring on the cropped tops, tight pants, stern expressions, black cats, dusty leather-bound books from dusty attics, and double lattes.
