Currently, not without also making everyone who joins the conference for
the first time be read-only as well (which you can do by changing the
conference type to 20).

This is an interesting idea though. On BBS's which don't verify users of
course, this doesn't do much good, since the user can always create another
account and get in.

We'd like the feature that Kaley mentions also! In addition to the
ability to go back and edit titles, responses and other items at the host
level.

That's good news. Any idea of a tentative release date on the next

Most likely, early August. Not sure whether it'll be 3.0.10 or 3.1.
The next release also has a more powerful (and more intuitive)
access control specification system for conferences.
