polishing my guns POW! POW! Damn this bad aim of mine!
~wolf #3
i know! i like her music though.
~autumn #4
This looking like you don't brush your hair is very popular now. I don't like it!!
~riette #5
Neither do I. I think it is horrible, and looks horrible, and therefore she must be horrible too, so there! Don't know her music.
~autumn #6
I think it's (*gag*) country & western.
~riette #7
WHAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! Figures!
~stacey #8
how old is she wolf?
~riette #9
Fifty, I'm sure.
~stacey #10
I thought I remember hearing she was really young. Maybe that was LeAnn Rhimes... (another C&W singer?)
~wolf #11
yeah, leann rhimes is 15. shania is probably in her 30's or late 20's AND married....
~wolf #12
ok, here's the scoop: shania is 33, canadian, and married (5 years) to robert john "mutt" lange (producer for a bunch of bands) and this is the official polygram site with photos and everything: http://www.shania-twain.com
~riette #13
See? She's in her late thirties - that makes her older than all of us.
~wolf #14
late thirties?? riette, she's only 3 years older than me and looks tons better!
~KitchenManager #15
and one year older than me...if 33 is late thirties, what's early thirties?
~riette #16
Of course she's in her late thirties - she is over a THOUSAND days older than you; you're practically a baby compared to her!!! And with all that make-up on, and a fancy photographer I'm sure she looks tons better than herself as well!
~wolf #17
haha!!
~mikeg #18
ummm...if only to break the mould and stir up some controversy...I think she's a chick :)
~riette #19
Yeah, I too think she's a chick(pea).
~wolf #20
anybody see her on the CMA awards?
~riette #21
I haven't. Did you hear that glow-in-the-dark SUNglasses have just been invented? I'm serious!! ha-ha!!!
~mikeg #22
I saw her on UK TV before the awards, and I have to say that I stand by what I said - she's a *babe*. Also, I actually *liked* the song she did - it wasn't very country and was pretty cool. I'm impressed :)
~wolf #23
i like her stuff too (songs, i mean). i wonder if she writes her stuff or if someone else does it for her.....
~riette #24
COUNTRY MUSIC brrrrrrr.......
~kristen #25
She writes all her own songs. I thinks she's beautiful.
~riette #26
I should hear her song then, before I criticize. European music is very different from American tough - I never even heard of this woman before Wolf mentioned her! Have you, Mike?

~mikeg #28
Um...I think I might have seen her mentioned somewhere, but i didn't take any notice - I'm no Country fan! But she's worth discovering...
~riette #29
I cannot imagine a thing about her that I would like to 'discover' in that sense!
~mikeg #30
I was talking abou the music, Riette :-))
~riette #31
Oh. Okay, that sounds safe enough. Wolf, remember to bring a CD next year, will you?
~wolf #32
any cd? i don't have shania's....
~mikeg #33
Maybe I'll get it when I'm slightly less poor :-)
~kristen #34
I have her cd's. I'm not a big country fan, but her music crosses over.
~wolf #35
i'm not a big country fan, either, kristen, but i like a lot of the stuff that's out. not into the old country stuff. and you're right, our top 40 station plays her stuff all the time.
~riette #36
I shall use the opportunity to become aquainted with this not-so-country music then.
~kristen #37
Any man of mine is one of my favorite songs. A great girl song!
~cfadm #38
Wow, this should be linked to babes
