I would agree with that. I also like cod for fish and chips.
Anyone have any good fish and chips recipes?

I once made excellent salmon steaks using only what my son had in his refrigerator. That was Wishbone Italian salad dressing. I coated each one with salad dressing them tightly wrapped each in its own foil package and baked it. It was soooooooooo good !
