Let's write a collaborative novel. I'll cut and paste passages and reformat it onto another page, but before we begin, we need submission guidelines. You know, how to tell a paragraph is over, how to start the next chapter, etc. When we get that all figured out, I'll start the actual topic for submissions, and create the storybook web page(s).

Okay, I figure that once a week on the transfer part should be good. Thougt about just setting up a script too handle it, but it's so much easier for me to do it the old fashioned way, plus I can add extra goodies...Oh, yeah, once the official topic for the book is up, all extraneous babbling will hafta be done in here, so I can tell what's the story and what ain't. I will also spell check the submissions and hopefully fix grammar booboos, except in quoted dialogue, where it ain't necessary nohow.

Interesting *rubs chin* And what shall the topic be? Like "Reality Bites"? Or maybe, "Reality Bytes"? *heehee*
~KitchenManager #3
or "Virtual Bytes"... don't think that matters yet, I think the title and topic will emerge on the way...
~Wolf #4

Okay, let's start new parapraphs with ¶ which will look like ΒΆ hopefully and I figured out each chapter can be a different topic, so those two are taken care of. Who wants to start the story?

Feel free to cut and paste anything from Communique 23, but I guess you already thought of that, didn't you, WER? :-)
~KitchenManager #18

~KitchenManager #19
okay, to change between characters and/or to indicate time loss, use <center><hr width="33%"></center> which will look like and, I've started Chapter Two, so we can continue with the first person's part of the story... remember, Chapter One is at http://www.spring.net/~spew/chap1.html once I can use the computer at work, I'll add an index page and the formatted page for Chapter Two
~KitchenManager #20
Okay, Chapter 1 can now be found at http://www.spring.net/~spew/genxstory/chap1.html and Chapter 2 at, yep, you guessed it, http://www.spring.net/~spew/genxstory/chap2.html
