Monthly Overview of Astrological conditions for October: Venus is a morning star, which is kind of a strange thing to call a planet of love and peace, but that's the old terms for you. And Mars is visible most of the evenings, popping up long after sunset. Mars moves from Sagittarius to Capricorn this month, and a Retrograde Jupiter slides backwards into Aries this month. So we've got Fire, Air, Earth and Water, all up yonder. Aries: This is part of that Lucky Streak I told you about a long time ago. I hoped you were paying attention then. It's like a little echo, though, it's not like it's a brilliant stroke of luck. It's not like it's the biggest streak that you're ever going to stumble into, but this month, Jupiter does slide back into your sign. And that's going to bring a few minor keys of luck. Not big wins, but something more like a haunting melody. There's this one singer who is classified as country by most, but his work is not really, strictly speaking, country or western. But it's not rock, either. Haunting melodies and lyric refrains mark his work. That's what this month is like, it's something that you can't quite give it a name, but it's refreshing and uplifting, for the most part. Of course, there are some blues overtones to it as well, but what's a good month without a few days when you feel blue? Besides, the rest of the month you'll be swaying in a positive way to those haunting strains that you can't quite place, but you do know that luck is back on your side. Taurus: It's been laughed at by the popular press and the general media of the times, but there was period when a bomb shelter was considered an important addition to one's backyard. In fact, we still use a similar structure here in Texas. It's alternately called a root cellar or a storm shelter, and it's a place to hide when the turbulent Texas weather spins up to full force. Now, the weather isn't going to be that odd, and the hurricane season should be over. But there is still a personal hurricane blustering in on your own space, something being whipped up by the heavens right now. This storm front looks like it's work related, at least to me, and it looks like the best thing you can do for most of the month is to hide out in that storm cellar. A little underground refuge might be the easiest way to weather out this month. Too bad we can't all join you down there for the duration of the month. I'm pretty sure a Taurus cellar is well-stocked with plenty of gourmet items. Gemini: Mars and Pluto are in Sagittarius for most of this month. Well, Pluto, he's there for a long time yet. But Mars does move on before too long. However, before anything is accomplished, you are going to find that the influence of these two planets is very similar. Both excite you. The problem with being a Gemini, though, is that you are already pretty excited. So these two planets are going to be pushing you to new heights of Gemini excitability. It's going to be interesting, one way or another. I'd start planning on some kind of wonderful Halloween celebration, complete with a good costume for yourself. Perhaps you should plan on frequent costume changes, as is befitting your mercurial nature, and try playing more than one role. I know you can do it this month. You've got that martial beat thumping in the back of your head, just like the beat coming from a passing low rider with the volume up a little too loud. Cancer: The sound of a small outboard motor, tooling across the lake is a special noise. And early in the morning, it's particularly reassuring, the wet air of the lake blasting in your nostrils, the air soft and damp, your hair blowing in the wind... it's a beautiful picture. Just once this month, as a good Cancer person, the moon is going to make you feel wonderful. And even if you're not actually motoring across the lake, you're going to find that it feels like you're doing this. You get that easy, breezy feeling once this month. Now, take that wonderful feeling, bottle it up and seal in a jar, good and tight. You're going to want to be able to refer back to the good days when the bad days come. I'm not promising that the whole month is good, but there's more that's good than bad. And on the days when the month just seems like it will never work out right, open up that jar of good feelings, and suddenly, you're swept away again, floating across the lake, that little motor pushing your boat along. Leo: Two words hit my mind right now, "good month." The words actually sort of rattle around in my brain, knock a spare cobweb loose, and then go dashing out my left ear. But you get the idea. Most of this month is looking pretty darn good for you. It doesn't really involve any one particular area of you life, there's lots of wide open places where things are going to be good. It's been suggested that my brain is like those wide open spaces. There's just one little caution coming up, and that's about this whole Samhain thing. In plainer terms, it's called Halloween. See, the goblins of the Fall Harvest Fest are going to be haunting you at the end of the month. So as long as things are good, the first couple of weeks of this month, put that goodness to work for you. Then, as the last week gets here, relax a little bit. It's just like getting ready for winter, and that's all that's required of you. While things are good, don't forget to get a little prepared because the harvest season and ensuing cold winter months (here in the Northern Hemisphere) don't tend to be the best time for you. Party and prepare, and then enjoy the festivities. Virgo: One of my buddies was watching me while I beguiled a waitress at a coffee shop, early in the morning where we had stopped before hitting the lake. "How do you do it?" he asked, "you get away with asking them what their sign is." It's easy for me, after all, I am a professional astrologer. It has nothing to do with a prurient interest. Now, this month, at least most of this month, you've got the same little influence working for you. It's an added dose of charm. It's an added gift to beguile. It's an extra lift from the planets which gives you a chance to make an indecent proposition sound like good idea. Yes, it's an unusual influence, and what's it really going to do to you? Make things wonderful. Even if you don't find yourself professing your love to an unlikely candidate at 4:00 in the morning, you're still going to find that part of this month is full of similar happy occasions. Trying to think about controlling the weather begs a comparison to one of my dates once, but it's best if we all don't go there. However, there is a good shot at something pretty good if you don't try to control the situation. It's like trying to control the weather, or one of my dates, neither one works. Since Mars kind of likes Capricorn, once he gets here, you're going to enjoy his ride. The trick with Mars is to exert a little bit of self restraint when picking your fights. No need to walk up the biggest brawler in the place, and deliberately engage him. Not this month, anyway. Aquarius: You get a few little astrological "hits" in your chart in the first part of the month. Looks like it's even in the first week. I would suggest that it looks like Halloween arrives a little early. Now, work with me on the metaphor here, we've all had a date or two who resembles some Halloween contest winner. You're just going to be wondering what these people are doing showing up so early. In fact, a lot of the month has a Halloween type of coloring to it. Orange and Black might be the best way to describe this month for you. Either that, or pumpkin filled. Like Pumpkin pie, maybe? I guess that one has to wait. But from the Halloween coloring is going to burst a new you. Or the same you with a new attitude. And that will be nice. You just need to start taking it easy as the month draws to a close. The easier you take it, the better you feel. And like the time worn astrology theorem, don't worry about a Halloween costume -- be yourself. Pisces: There is a strange back and forth effect this month, a bizarre kind of energy which is set in motion by the planets. The two love planets, to be more accurate. One would be Venus and the other would be Mars. This is going to drag you over the coals, as the expression goes, one more time. The advantage is that you're a water sign, and hot coals usually just seem to excite the steamy side of your life. So this month is warming up a certain "something" in your life. While this looks good for you, there's still a little warning that is associated with this general warming trend as winter approaches. The cold weather (up here in the northern hemisphere, it is supposed to be the start of winter), and you warm affections seem to go hand in hand. I dunno...that Apr 16 - May 14 is my son, and he is absolutely a brick when it comes to psychic things and healing arts - but he has done it for me when I lost it on a lava flow and thought I was gonna die...he took me aside, sat me down and talked to me till I gathered myself back togehther. Aries : It's the beginning of the Aries Birthday time, starting this week. Spring Equinox, the beginning of the astrological new year, the start of great things. The inception point for this whole new stuff thing. It's a great idea, and it looks really good on paper. But in Texas, even though it's supposedly "spring" time, it's beginning to look a little like summer according to some definitions, and that idea applies to you as well. Things are heating for Aries. Now, Mars is leaving this week, which should help improve your focus. You're not going to be quite as scattered as you have been. You're also going to feel a little tired at times, like there's just a little too much excitement going on right now. Reminds me of weekend when I was supposed to be "off." It started on Saturday morning, and the pressure never let up, folks coming and going, my front door should have been a a revolving door, and I wore out a pair of boots just trying to keep up. It's going to be like that for you this week. Relax? It's a great idea. Won't happen, though. Taurus : Slowly, surely, steadily, Mars makes an entrance in the Tropical Zodiac Sign of Taurus this week. Seemingly good, too. But appearances can be deceiving, and a little extra caution is urged this week. In fact, I should have some sort of Mars Refrain worked out by now. He's an active planet, and he's going to push you to excel this week. He's also going to start trying to finger your buttons. The buttons I'm referring to are the emotional ones. He's going to reach for every last little button that he sees, and he's going to try to fire off whatever he can. Better get used to this Martian energy, because it's a common theme for a little while. Sooner or later, you're going to feel like he's right there. All I can suggest is to move like Mars does, with a degree of stealth this week. Gemini : There are some days when "instant gratification" just takes too long. You've got a week which is filling up just like that. Now, the good news is that there is a group of some of your co-workers, associates and friends who are willing to get together and go play. This is an important concept right now. But the problem with an important concept like "play" is that it just doesn't happen fast enough for your tastes. And when you're dealing with a group of folks, not all of them are going to be Gemini, and the ones who ain't Gemini just don't get your need for speed. "There's an efficiency quotient in this, you know." Right, that means that you are moving at a typical Gemini rate, and the rest of the crowd is meandering along, and according to your definition, wandering around aimlessly. It's irritating, to say the least. Be patient with the rest of us this week. You'll get some of that instant gratification yet, but it won't be happening quite as fast as you like. Cancer : I like working with a chart like you've got this week. It's really a simple message. It involves one of your least favorite activities, unless you're involved a job that you really like. It's all about work this week. There is nothing else that is really peeking through the your own, personal heavens. I know that at least one dear Cancer Reader will write in and complain about this, but I'm just trying to stick the astrological basics as I understand them, and work is that central issue � this week. We'll be happy to discuss other options in another week, but this week, you need to plan on spending as much time as possible in your boat if your a fishing guide. The little problem right now, if you are a fishing guide, is that the usual places where you find work, that would be fishes, are going to have less than the usual yield. But concentration on this work related theme this week has some serious long term benefit. That's the point. Leo : Good times are right ahead. Good times and stupid people. Ever notice, no matter where you go, the most moronic of drivers seem to follow you there? I moved from North East Texas to Central Texas, and those drivers all seemed to follow me. I was visiting El Paso, and the drivers out there, obviously, weren't from there. I could tell by the number of drivers who didn't know how to drive. So you're going to get followed around by a lot of people this week who seem to be a little on the ignorant side. That's the polite way to put it. Of course, I've never been politically correct myself, I don't know why I should start now, but you're getting the idea... yes, they are following you. So you're feeling pretty good this week, and there are number of confrontations which present themselves to you. Instead of yelling at the person, instead of that one finger salute, try something a little different. Say a prayer. Pray for them. Pray that they find some brains and common sense soon. It's the best thing you can do, and you don't want to ruin your good attitude. Virgo : Things are getting better and better, moment by moment. Okay, for the Virgo who must have this measured correctly, it's getting better inch by friggin' inch. Got that? I was tempted to use the more pejorative term, "inch by bloody inch" but my attempts at an English accent get more and more tortured by every trip I take out west � West Texas � where the drawl is more pronounced. But you're getting the idea. Just like my accent gradually degrades into that lyric, southern, west Texas twang, your week gets better and better. Of course, these are incremental changes for the better so it's not like you're going to feel like that there are giant strides forward, and it's not like you're going to feel like it's necessarily a good time, but if you reflect back, look back over the last couple of days, you'll find that yes, indeed, my most excellent Virgo friend, it has been a good week. Changes, for the better, courtesy of Mars, are happening. Slowly, to be sure, but it's one of those things that takes time. Libra : There's a not so subtle shift in the planets this week. It's a harbinger of things to come in your little slice of the sky. There's a certain degree of ease at work which comes now. Maybe not not easiest, but the problems are quickly dealt with, and you can turn a stack of work into a series of slices for everyone else to deal with. In fact the works disappears as fast as a free pizza does around here at the office. No sooner does the delivery person show up, then there's a swarm of activity, like flies buzzing over a stinking road kill carcass, and then "poof" it's all gone. Maybe Rosalind said it best: "Alack! in me what strange effect/Would they work in mild aspect" As You Like It (IV.ii.74-5). So divvy up your work like free pizza this week, and watch it disappear. Alack, that's the strange effect. Scorpio : I can't seem to escape that Austin Sound for Scorpio, not this week. We're famous for music. There's a lot of it here. It's that special, sort of country, sort of rock, sort of blues, sort of tangy, sort of bittersweet, folk, acid, retro, post punk, alt country inspired stuff. So imagine that this week is like a song from an Austin Author, something about Lonesome Highway Blues, but add a fiddle and some decent electric guitar stuff, and then maybe you get some ideas. It's not all that bad, but you are going to be spending more than your share of the week spinning along your own, personal "lonesome highway." This isn't all bad. A lot of Scorpio's like to spend more than an inordinate amount of time solo. It seems to fit with their own personal definition of who they are. But when you start feeling like you've been alone just about long enough, you need to head on down that lonesome Scorpio highway. Don't worry about it. Let me know if you discover any genres of music that I've left out of your definition of music, too. Sagittarius : Have you ever been at the gym, reading a Wall Street Journal while walking on the treadmill? Or you've been on the Hike and Bike path, and there's some one beside you with a portable electronic device and ear bud speakers, but the music is cranked so loud, you can feel the bass? It's like one of my friend's car, he's got the trickest bass boomer in the trunk. Sort of hurts if he ever gets a flat because there wasn't any room for the spare tire, but you get the idea. This week is like that intrusion in your privacy. Now, you can do what any rational, straight shooting � forward thinking Sagittarius would do in this situation, you can rip that head phone off the guy's head, yank the ear buds out of her ears, swerve and force the offending car off the road. But these aren't good solutions. The easiest way to deal with intrusions in your space this week is to drop back. Don't accelerate because the other guy will think it's a race. It's not a good week to be competitive. Just let them pass, and your glorious silence will return. You're going to be serving up some harsh information this week, but I'll trust you to put it in terms that seem equitable, sort of like "a la mode," which is the best way to serve this week. Personally, I really like it covered in Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, or like some of Amy's Mexican Vanilla. Aquarius : Every once in a while, we have to have a little talk about your propensity for escape behavior. There are little astrological triggers that come along and set this sort of thing off. Escape behavior can be blatantly obvious, something like a case or two of beer and a fishing boat. Being an Aquarius, though, you can get mighty sneaky about how you hide what you do for escape. I'm reminded of one Aquarius, under just such an influence, he managed to convince most of his neighbors that he was retiring from his office job, and he claimed to be a fishing guide therefore, all the time he spent fishing was work he was supposedly getting paid for. The message is clear, though, you've done the work, but you might not be getting paid for your efforts. Be careful about living in a fantasy world right now � leave that to an expert like myself. Pisces : According to some famous astrologers, every time a celestial object swaps signs, that means something big is happening, like a major shift in energy, and, as a Pisces, I'm sure you're aware of these changes in energy. So the doubling effect is that we start out with three objects in Taurus at the beginning of the month and we get six in Taurus at the very tail end of the month. The thermometer dances up close to a 100 degrees, and the wind which was so refreshing with its moisture just leaves a sodden, humid quality to it all. It's like a summer day in Houston. Or Dallas. It's not pretty. It's not nice. It's just plain hot and humid. At least it's a wet heat. It goes from paradise to something that closely approximates a sauna, almost over night. "Thank your lucky stars," I should say. This is due to Venus creeping into your sign. To be honest, she's making good time and hardly spends three weeks with you. But she does impart that sort of lazy attitude this month, that feeling that all you want to do is sit on the porch, in the shade, and watch the ice tea glass sweat. What's going to work this month is to make sure that you've got plenty of caffeine based ice, maybe throw a little honey in it too, and garnish it with a spring of mint which is growing on the patio. It tastes good, the sweetness rolls off you tongue, and the mint adds both color and flavor. You're going to need to make sure that Venus doesn't dehydrate you this month. Taurus: When the official time of "Taurus" gets here, you've got a boatload of heaven sent influences just rollicking through your sign. It's like living in a student ghetto -- student barrio in Texas -- and it's like your neighbors are having a party. Folks are hanging off the balconies, there is much yelling and screaming, and sometimes you hear a dull thud as a body slams into the the wall. This is brought on by a number of planets in your sign, and I'll promise the planets are going to make it so you get a lot less sleep than you feel like you need this month. And there's no rest in sight. But instead of joining the party, it might be a good time to just pull a pillow over your head. Mars is causing irritations, and he's going to act as a little trigger all month long -- determined to make you lose your cool. With all the influences swimming around you right now, that's not a good idea. Gemini: At the risk of invoking one too many cliches and having my license pulled, I'll just warn you straight up: it's always darkest before the storm. That's how the expression goes, isn't it? In practical experiences, there's an eerie calm which settles in right before the first of the rain drops fall. That's what this month is like, that quiet time, that moment when the wind stops whipping everything around, that moment when the sky is full of dark rain clouds, and it's so bleak even some of the automatic porch lights are coming on. There's been a ferocious howl, during the first part of the month, and you were trying to yell over the noise of the wind -- other peoples' voices -- and now it's dead calm. Frightening, isn't it? A Gemini stuck in a vacuum like this a scary thought to begin with. Now add some silence to that, and it gets worse. There's going to be a great, torrential downpour. The little creek will become a swollen, raging torrent. The high water mark will be reached in a hurry. Now, I wouldn't warn you about all this without some consolation. Starting early NEXT month, there is relief. For right now, though, an umbrella, a slicker, a duster, highwater boots, and some waterproof matches would serve you best. The worst part of this preparation is that your friends are all going to see nothing but sunny skies, all month long. Cancer: Crank up the tunes! It's time for you to host some kind of a party. I don't much care what the theme is, and I don't much care where it is, although, that Cancer patio and deck space is looking like it might just be the best place to have some fun. In fact, a little time in the Cancer Hot Tub would even be better. That's a good idea, if you know what I mean. It's warm, it's relaxing, the nights are going to be cool enough that you can enjoy the time in the tub, just you, and about 83 of your closest friends. That's the idea. Instead of worrying about all the stuff which is flying around right now, take a little time, especially early in the month, to ease yourself down in the hot tub and gaze up at the heavens. Of course, I know one Cancer in Houston who can't see the stars, but for the rest of us Cancer types, a relaxing soak in hot water is bound to ease the aching muscles. There's a little knot of tension, right there, below your neck and in the center of you back that needs some extra attention. Try to get one of the water jets to sooth that, and see if it helps. Water therapy, and not the kind my sister tried on me, is the best thing. ("Hold his head under the water until he relaxes," she said.) Leo: If you like to play the odds, then you're going to find that most of this month is a good bet. There are few little bumps, but those come at the very end of the month. Thinking about moving? Now you see why I always recommend "premanufactured mobile dwelling units" as a superior home base lifestyle. This is month when there's lots of stuff shaking loose, and as long as everything is in turmoil, considering hooking the trailer up to the truck and motoring off to another location is always a good idea. I'll even give you a bigger hint: the move this month isn't nearly as drastic as you think. There's a Leo here in Shady Acres Trailer park, and when this happened to him, he just hitched his trailer up and moved it across the park. From one parking spot to another. Didn't really change that much. In fact, he's now got free electricity. But I wouldn't report him to anyone about that. The good lord helps them who are wiling to help themselves. The trick is to make sure that you don't get caught. And make sure that this is an amicable move. This isn't like one of those tricks I used to pull, up and move, no forwarding address, and a few bills left unpaid... nope, don't use my style, do it in fine Leo style. I'll be t this one isn't near as big as you think. Virgo: I'm pretty unpopular with a large number of Virgo's; however, these same Virgo's tend to read my stuff whenever it comes out, if only to pick all apart. I believe that's a form of endearment in some Virgo worlds. This month really isn't too rough at all. There's an annoying characteristic that's going to make you a little lazy at work. I know that you usually charge into work, like madman on sixteen cups of coffee, but that's not the case with this month. You will spend a lot of this month casually sauntering into work, perhaps a few hours late, and not really concerned. There's a certain air about you, and when your boss, employer, supervisor or client drops a load of work on your desk, I'll bet your on the phone with a juicy bit of gossip, and you just can't be bothered by their deadline. I tend to agree with you on this issue, if they needed it yesterday, they should have brought it to you last week. While that's an obvious truism in life, and while you and I certainly understand this, I'm afraid the work environment is going to be less understanding. Try to do your Virgo best to understand the immediacy of their problems. Do like I do when this happens, "Oh no! I'm swamped! But look, I'll put it up as my number one priority." The real understanding is that I first have to get a new high score on this game, but then I'll get to it. You understand. Libra: Fortunately, you've got the wonderful ability to take a long range look at this month. There's a little problem with big problems, though, or is that there's a big problem with little problems? And the problems come from a quick pass by the sometimes dynamic duo of Mercury and Venus. Ultimately, this is a good thing. It's just that this month gets all sort of little unexpected and minor bumps. It's like taking a left when you should have taken a right, only to find that you have to back track a little in order to get where you're going. Of course, a good Libra will realize that a degree of patience is required at this time. And that's easy for a Sagittarius astrologer to suggest, but it's sometimes difficult to put all this in action. Venus and Mercury will bring about some good changes, but I doubt that these will all be comfortable. Doesn't mean it's bad, just be careful about them fixed signs this month. And you might want to use the beneficial aspect of this Mercury and Venus influence to examine some of the far flung ideas you've had, make sure that you've got a solid foundation before embarking on some idea that "seemed really good at the time." Scorpio: At the beginning of the month, I'll give you a hint, get a head start on this on this whole Taurus thing that's going on. Try to see this as a time when the spot light, like a Las Vegas spotlight, is going to be shining on some other part of the zodiac. That doesn't mean that the fine hand of a Scorpio doesn't play into this month's scenario, but be prepared to let some one else have the Center Ring in your own three ring circus. By doing so, you can still be the Master of Ceremonies, but for most of this month, the attention is going to be drawn towards your performers. Sit back and let the others be the center of attention. I realize that this might not sit well with your digestive tract, but work with the details, the performers can't move with out your capable stage direction, that's true, but for the moment, and this moment might last all month, you need to let the directions which you've sketched out, you need to let your instructions and commands be interpreted by the players. If all the world is a stage, then realize that Scorpio's make the best directors. And remember, a good director knows when to let the players play their parts. Sagittarius: Some folks will write about love for this month. Some folks will spin great tales about how that long lost love finally returns to your arms. Some folks will suggest that it is a wonderful time for romance. I'm not one of those people. It is a good time for certain things in your life, but I'm disinclined to believe that romance is the way to go. The only good thing about the romance stuff is that it leads to a time when you might be inclined to look into the Romantic Period. It was over two hundred years ago. Some of that poetry, some of the stuff which emerged from then, that might be more appropriate for this time. There's a certain sense of style, an air about it all which is important. It's structured, it's epic in scope, and that's just the way you feel, too. "Structured?" you ask. Yes, my fine Sagittarius friend, there's a need for a few rules in your life right now. A few guidelines. And that's why I was suggesting the particular era from literature. You could use a little bit of guidance right now. It's like an alarm clock, and it's like getting orders from headquarters, you need to follow what the rules say, this month. I know that goes against your basic nature, but try to stay within the lines this month. It's better and you can turn out some really fine poetry while doing so. Capricorn: Things go from bad to worse to much, much better as the month gets longer. The closer we all get to the big deal coming up, the better you're going to feel. As Venus flies through Aries, along with Mr. Mercury, you're going to get little ripples in the tide pool of life that make this whole mess of a month feel like it's all going downhill at an alarming rate. Then there's a change, a subtle shift, and suddenly those ripples look like giant swells, only, your ruling planet (that was voted to be Saturn) is lending you some serious surf fishing tackle. You move from feeling like a fool who thinks he's a wise guy, to feeling like a wise person who knows he is a fool. I'll bet the original attribution for that quote (Socrates) was a Capricorn. The trick is to employ that wonderful, albeit dry, sense of Capricorn humor to deal with the foolish intransigence of others this month. There's a difference between a wise fool, and foolish fool. Hide it behind your humor, but plan for the month turning out for the best. We will be laughing with you. Just realize that there are some signs which are not as adaptable as you are. Placate their stubborn feelings, and it's best, especially this month, if you laugh at it all. Aquarius: As much as I was hoping that this Y2K thing would pay off in a good way, it just hasn't done what I was hoping for. The IRS didn't lose my records from last year. Nor did they forget about me, either. Seems that they have a good record of what is going on. Turns out that they didn't lose any of the important data in the big crash of Y2K. In the same way, you've got a similar gambit going, and you were hoping that something important, perhaps some fairly incriminating evidence, would all get lost in the shuffle. This is a month -- thanks to Saturn and Uranus doing their calls -- when you some how get shuffled to the top. You were betting that you would get shuffled off and ignored, regrettably, it isn't the way it's going to play out. There's a little bit of trouble back to haunt you. It's like confidently handing your driver's license to the officer, and then he steps back to the highway patrol car, just to check. In a fit of pique, you wonder, "There isn't anything I've forgotten, is there?" You might want to check some of this out ahead of time to prevent any problems this month. I always worry about that one traffic ticket in Harris County (Houston) but it hasn't showed up in over three years now. Pisces: The month begins with a feeling like you've just awakened from a terrible dream. The problem with the astrological source of this dream is that you can't seem to put your finger on just what it was that you were dreaming. There's a certain cartoon character who always had the most evocative monsters under his bed. You're going to spend part of this month worried about those creatures which you can see, but no matter what you do and how hard you try, you can't draw us a picture of the monsters. At one point, you're going to be sure that you see them, and you're going to get that quizzical adult look from some of your friends as they roll their eyes and just shake their heads.
