OK, down in restaurant row. I've been to a few places along there like Baby Acapulco and there's a silvery diner like place that keeps changing, I wonder what's there now?
What are your favorite places along this little corrodor? Is there still a little juice bar there? I was in the coffee shop there and had a good time in there. And I ate at a nice Italian restaurant called Romeos, very decent.

Currently, with what's open, it would have to be
Shady Grove. Never tried Romeos, it being the
competitor and all. What's your favorite dish of
theirs?

I was only there a couple of times for a lunch special.
Believe me, I'll choose yours over theirs next time I
have time to go to an Italian place.
(that's your cue to put in a plug for your place).
I had some kind of Primavera dish as I remember.

I was wondering when someone was actually going to ask!
My home away from home is...
Little Italy, on Mesa.
Call to see if I'm there before you come in.

I used to live on Far West and frequent Little Italy once or twice a month.
!Groovy!
French fry answer.... the ultimate fries, batter dipped at Hyde Park Grill!
Paul, if you've never been to Shady Grove (a sin!) try the Hippie Sandwich!
AND a Shady Thang!
Oh... I'm so jealous again!
Trying to remember what I tried at Little Italy -- eggplant parmesean, linguini
with clam sauce, pasta primevera and some bowtie dish with mushrooms, I believe
I love the bread, but anytime I get to slather butter over anything, I love it!

I hear Hut's has good fries to go with their (veggie) burgers, but it's
been very crowded every time I've tried to go there.

My friend Garrett mentioned that to me, it raves about their veggie burgers.
Garrett told me about a great Tex Mex place at the foot of S Congress, but
the name escapes me at the moment.

Shady Grove's fries are pretty marvey when paired with a Shady Thang. But Hyde Park is in a realm all it's own with the batter dipped sensations!
