I don't have enough experience with Chinese places to
comment on this, where is Chinatown, if it's on Burnet
road I may have been there and would have to concur
with this choice.

It's off of Mopac between Far West and Steck! In the bottom is the sushi joint Mushashino I always mention.

Is this the one off of Mopac, before you get to Steck? The one with Mushashino in the 'basement' area?
If so yes... good food, okay prices but my advice is to eat in the basement... excellent sushi!

i have to say that i love chinese food and the cheap buffets seem to have the best food!

Buffet Palace is worth a visit every now and then. It's up by Frys off Mopac and Parmer Lane.
