After getting Sophie's hysterical captions, I thought of another theme, though could be to US centric, though it doesn't have to be. It can be whatever we make it.
I don't know if it was ever shown outside the US, but remember that show In Search Of...., with Leonard Nimoy (Mr Spock!) years ago. It would start out with the graphic, In Search Of.....The Loch Ness Monster, or something like that.
From imdb...
Plot Summary for
"In Search of..." (1976)
Leonard Nimoy hosted this quasi-documentary television show which portrayed unusual natural phenomena and 'investigated' the paranormal. Its style of interspersing 'talking heads' with sensationalistic video segments may have been the forerunner of 'info-tainment.'
Here's a link with some comments.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074007/
We could do...
In Search of.....A Decent Career!
In Search of.....A Career without Kids Films, Gladiators, Dramas with Underage Looking Actresses and Rom-Coms with fights in pools of Water!
Etc....

LOL, ladies! Lisa ROTF! That picture reminds of: Rear Window, can't get it up. ;-)
I think of the window incident as a metaphor: Colin is stuck in a groove... of children movies, of small parts, of non starring roles.
Stuck in a groove, a non-presentational view.
There's lots of groovy music to go with it. ;-)

No, "What a Firth Fan Wants" should do. I only wanted to make sure that everyone who will post knows that she speaks for herself and isn't necessarily bound by what others say or think. Just because a certain vocal element here (of which I'm a part) often expresses dissatisfaction with Colin's career choices, that doensn't mean you can't voice your utter ecstasy with his films if that be the case. I've only required that opposing viewpoints not get personal in nature.
Ugh! But that is exactly why the "Firth fan" reference bothers me so because I've stressed so often to new people that there is no such thing as a single Firth fan POV or a "true Firth fan." What to do? What to do?

Returning to Dorine's theme " In Search of...._________" A Firth Class Career. Ties in the idea of Karen's where's waldo/colin, Sue's wtffw, Mari's courage (he'll need it)and Kathryn's opportunities. It keeps it simple, as Mari suggested, and yet yields multiple avenues that would all apply.
